Renew my Intercontinental Ambasador membership

InterContinental Hotels and Resorts - Renew my Intercontinental Ambasador membership
I Intercontinental Ambassador membership no. 61257**** In your website cannot complete the renewal process of my Ambassador membership for another year starting 1 April 2024 up to 40,000 points from my account . I chose the option to pay for renew with points (40,000) and an operation to download the 40,000 points from my account the operation stops and is shown on the screen a message : "We're sorry, there was an issue processing payment . Please try a different card or contact Customer Care for assistance" I contact with Customer Care but unfortunately they don't understand what Ambassador membership is and what I'm talking about at all ! I tried to carry out the renewal process already 10 times but unfortunately I did not succeed due to a malfunction on your website or I am not doing the necessary actions correctly. One thing is clear and certain that if I chose to renew the membership for another year and chose to pay with points from my account I do not need to present any credit card ! Looking forward to your help. Thanks

I've been sending several emails in past weeks to request compensation for my previous stay at intercontinental hotel Perth which was my worst stay experience with no water supply nor our luggage, but no response from neither the hotel nor IHG group so far. Its obvious hotel has no sense of property management nor customer care, but surprising even giant company like ihg group doesnt have proper customer service. They even havent replied me a single message to my several inquiry!

Dear sir, I am Dr. Satish Dhandole stayed in Intercontinental Dhaka from 02/01/23 -07/01/23. During this visit my IPAD charger got missing from the Dinning hall "Elements". I reported to reception asked them to check CCTV footage but they were reluctant and informed me after three days that there is no CCTV installed in the "Element" and requested the general manager to report it to local police station but he assured me that he will investigate the matter but it has been more than ten days no response from his end

The electricity kept going out in our first room on our first night of day about three or four times and they it happen again the second day then they switched our room and it happen again

Intercontinental Hotel - Isla Verde (San Juan), Puerto Rico

Do not deal with this hotel. They will not help you if you have a problem. I had reserved two rooms for one night and another room on another night. I am sure I cancelled the reservations, but they say I did not, so they charged me for the 3 rooms, nearly $900. I never stepped foot in the hotel. I have tried working with the hotel, but they will not work with me. They don't even return email or phone calls. You would think a reputable hotel chain would want to preserve a customer, but they apparently do not want me to return to their hotel in the future, either! I certainly would not go there, and if the corporate offices don't take care of the problem, I won't be staying at ANY INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL, anywhere. What a shame - - - I don't think they were sold out on those nights (midweek), so they probably did not turn any customers away. Well, they sure turned me away. Anyone else have that experience?

In the end It doesnt matter if the hotel sold out or not. They held rooms back for you.

Unfortunatly in the hotel industry people forget to cancel reservations. And will lie and say they.

Always ask for the cancelation number and keep it untill you get your credit card statement. Otherwise if you did actually cancel you have to pay.
